- 8 oz rice noodles
- 3 tbsp tamarind paste
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, cut in wedges
- Cilantro for garnish
- Red pepper flakes

Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft, drain
