- 2 lbs beef tenderloin, sliced thin
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika for garnish

Cook egg noodles according to package directions, keep warm

Season beef with salt and pepper, dredge lightly in flour

Sear beef in hot oil until browned, remove and set aside
