- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 8 oz farmer's cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 tbsp butter for frying
- Salt and pepper
- Sour cream for serving
- Crispy bacon bits for garnish
