- 2 cups dried chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2-3 tbsp ice water
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Paprika for garnish
