Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Asian pear, grated
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Butter lettuce for wrapping
  • Steamed rice for serving

Instructions

    Freeze beef 30 minutes for easier slicing, then slice paper-thin

    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and grated pear

    Add garlic, ginger, and half the green onions to marinade

    Marinate beef 2+ hours or overnight

    Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat
