- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 4 scotch bonnet peppers, seeded
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 inch ginger, peeled
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp allspice berries, ground
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
