- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 3 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until tender, drain and mash with butter and milk

Beat in egg yolks, season with salt and pepper, set aside

Brown lamb in large skillet, breaking up with spoon
