- 1/2 cup lard or butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Egg wash for brushing
